Here's our research:

Magnet & Small-Part Safety — 78/100
This is a non-magnetic wooden stacking set, so the magnet-ingestion hazard does not apply, and small-part age fit is graded under age-grading rather than here; no compliance trail specific to small-parts testing for this set is published.

Build Quality & Tolerance — 80/100
The pieces are solid and durable enough to survive years of stacking and toppling, but this is unfalsifiable marketing language with no third-party review or longevity data backing it for this specific set.

Material & Finish Safety — 84/100
The blocks are sustainably sourced rubberwood finished with a water-based, nontoxic stain or varnish, a specific material claim, but no test method, lab or standard is cited for the finish.

Toy Safety Compliance — 84/100
Its products are CPSIA compliant and certified to US and UKCA safety standards and tested for phthalates, lead and soluble metals, but does not name ASTM F963 specifically, a testing lab, or a certificate number for this toy.

Age Grading & Choking Safety — 84/100
This 11-piece stacking set is consistently recommended for ages 3+, with no small-parts warning present and no conflicting age claim found for it.

Recall History — 92/100
We queried the CPSC recall registry directly and found two records for this brand: a 2024 voluntary phthalates recall of the Tummy Time Gallery and a 2021 voluntary recall of wooden tray puzzles, neither in the building-toys line and neither with injuries reported. Both were brand-initiated with no injuries, so this record sits at the top of the documented-recall range rather than as a strike against this product.

Certification Credibility — 84/100
The brand asserts CPSIA compliance and testing for phthalates, lead and soluble metals across its products, and separately names GOTS certification, but that certification is scoped to the fabric-goods factory, not to wooden building toys. No named lab, test method, or certificate number is given for this product.

Transparency & Support — 84/100
The rubberwood used in this line is ethically made in a small family-owned factory with a water-based nontoxic finish, but the country of manufacture, supplier name, and warranty terms for this specific product are not published.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0675/0761/7858/files/animal-tower-creative-wood-blocks-balance-game-5.jpg?v=1790035288
