clutch-ball-acorn
Clutch Ball, 6 Inch

This sensory clutch ball is made for babies from around 3 months of age, with hand-painted, high-contrast graphics designed to catch a baby's attention and varied textures for tactile exploration. Its segmented shape makes it easier for small hands to grasp than a regular ball, and its gentle roll means it will not travel far when dropped, making it a popular first ball for babies beginning to reach, kick, and eventually crawl.

The ball is made of 100% organic cotton shell fabric with a polyester fill and measures 6 inches in diameter. It is manufactured in Sri Lanka and should be surface cleaned only.

The toy is also sometimes called an Amish puzzle ball, popularized by Montessori educators; while it looks like a puzzle, it does not come apart.

Key Features

High-contrast hand-painted graphics for visual stimulation

Made from organic cotton shell fabric with polyester fill

Surface clean only

TrustScore

TrustScore is Birch's proprietary rating, from 0 to 100, built from 50+ signals that reflect what actually matters to parents — safety, materials, recalls, certifications and quality.
