g5-stroller-frame
G5 Stroller Frame

The G5 Stroller Frame is the foundation of the Orbit Baby travel system, sold as a frame only (seat not included). Built from lightweight, aerospace-grade anodized aluminum, it is designed to fold, push, and carry with ease, and its SmartHub base lets parents dock a Stroller Seat, Infant Car Seat, or Bassinet (each sold separately) onto the same frame. A Quadshock front-wheel suspension system is built in for a smoother ride, and the frame folds compactly enough to fit in most car trunks.

The frame rolls on lockable front swivel wheels and rear wheels built with a non-flattening rubber outer tire over an EVA inner layer, while the front tires are airless and made of lightweight EVA. The steering wheel has telescopic height settings to accommodate different parents, and the frame collapses quickly and stands on its end when folded. It meets ASTM F833 safety standards and is Prop 65, 16 CFR, CPSC and CPSIA compliant.

The frame is compatible with Orbit Baby's Helix+ attachment, Sidekick riding board, cargo basket, stroller panniers, and travel bag, all sold separately. It is backed by a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Key Features

Aerospace-grade anodized aluminum stroller frame

SmartHub base docks Stroller Seat, Infant Car Seat, or Bassinet (each sold separately)

Quadshock front wheel premium suspension system

Compact 3D fold fits in most car trunks

Rear tires are non-flattening rubber with an EVA inner layer

Airless front tires made of lightweight, responsive EVA

Lockable front swivel wheels

Meets ASTM F833 safety standards

Telescopic steering wheel height adjustment for different parent heights

Quick-collapse fold

Sandal-friendly brakes for easy stopping

Stands on end when collapsed

TrustScore

TrustScore is Birch's proprietary rating, from 0 to 100, built from 50+ signals that reflect what actually matters to parents — safety, materials, recalls, certifications and quality.
