Arrullo de muselina 100% - Windy

This muslin lovey is marketed for naptime and bedtime as soothing, sleep-supporting and safe for infants and toddlers, with no age guidance and no warning to keep it out of an infant's sleep space.

The muslin gets softer with every wash, implying durability through repeated laundering, but we found no review corpus evidence confirming how the knotted corners or fabric hold up over months of daily handling and washing.

The lovey is six layers of 100% muslin cotton with an unfilled head, Target's own product data records it as 100% cotton muslin, and Parker Baby Co. makes its products without formaldehyde, phthalates, BPA or added flame retardants. No OEKO-TEX or GOTS certificate covers it, and dyes for the printed muslin are not named.

The lovey does not name ASTM F963 or cite a Children's Product Certificate specifically for this item, though a general CPSC-accepted lab testing and CPC program covers products subject to safety requirements. Parker Baby Co. is an identifiable, retail-distributed manufacturer, so non-publication of a per-item CPC is typical rather than a sign of non-compliance.

The lovey has an unfilled head and knotted corners that are safety features for little hands, and Target's own listing confirms the product as a security blanket with no additional certifications, but no explicit minimum age or small-parts warning is stated on either page, and no test method is cited.

We queried the complete CPSC recall database, covering 1973 to the present, and Parker Baby Co. does not appear anywhere in it, in any role. The corpus is shown to cover comparable product classes (cribs, strollers, toys, pacifiers), confirming the clean result is meaningful.

Parker Baby Co. has products subject to children's safety rules third-party tested by CPSC-accepted labs with Children's Product Certificates, but names no standard, lab or certificate number for this lovey, and Target's own product data lists no certifications for it.

The brand publishes a clear six-month warranty against material and workmanship defects, but the country of manufacture is not disclosed for this product and is only available by directly emailing the brand.
