Blue Twirls Burp Cloth

The brand's only heat-related care guidance is to machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low, avoiding high heat to preserve softness and shape; there is no stated durability claim for repeated hot laundering, shrinkage, or fiber breakdown over time.

The burp cloth itself is 100% Pima cotton with a terry cloth backing, which is a fabric body with no PVC or waterproof coating, but this material statement comes from the general product listing rather than a dedicated fabric-safety disclosure for this specific item.

Nothing in the brand's materials language mentions a stain-resistant, water-repellent, or antimicrobial finish on this burp cloth, but the brand also never explicitly states the absence of such treatments; the cotton and terry cloth are described only in terms of softness and absorbency.

The only certification the brand publishes anywhere is CPSIA compliance testing; no OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 or GOTS certification is named for this fabric burp cloth or for the brand's textiles generally.

We queried the CPSC recall registry's full corpus of over 10,000 records spanning 1973-2026 and found no recall filed against this brand in any role. A control check confirmed the database does cover comparable baby-product categories, so the clean result is meaningful.

A Certificate of Origin accompanies every export and children's products are tested for CPSIA compliance at CPSC-accepted labs, and a retailer independently repeats the CPSIA compliance claim in its own listing. No certificate number or registry link is published.

The brand discloses that garments are made in Peru with a Certificate of Origin on every export, but no materials breakdown specific to this burp cloth, no warranty terms, and no spare-parts or repair route are published anywhere.
