By far the most comfortable rocker. I was a little nervous not seeing it in person but it’s amazing. It’s big enough for me, the baby and my four year old. Two months in with a colicky and reflux-y baby so we spend A LOT of time in it and it’s great. It did make a weird creaking noise for a minute and I realized there were zip ties on the bottom that needed to be cut. Buy it, it’s so worth it!!

Ordered almost a month ago. The first order never shipped. So they made a new order, which also hasn't shipped yet (been about a week so far). It was purchased 2 weeks in advance as a baby shower gift, but never arrived. If you order, make sure it is more than a month of advance of when you need it I guess? Maybe 2 months. I am hoping the chair itself is OK when I get it. I fear a refund or replacement would take another 1-2 months. I'm writing this review because I received an email stating: "Now that your piece has arrived, we’d love to hear how it’s settling in. Whether it’s the craftsmanship, comfort, or how it completes your space—your feedback helps us grow and guides other parents, too." So you get my response now, even though it has not arrived like the email stated and has not even shipped yet.
