Grosmimi The Easy Teat

The nipple material is named as silicone, described elsewhere as medical grade, but no grade standard (ISO 10993, USP Class VI), nitrosamine result, or siloxane test is published for this teat itself.

We found a concrete replacement interval published: replace the silicone teat every 2-3 months for sanitation, plus visible degradation signals to check for — pulling the nipple in all directions and discarding at first signs of damage or weakness.

The nipple is disclosed as silicone and BPA-free, and it is also BPS/BPF-free, going beyond a bare BPA-free claim. No test method, migration result, or LFGB-type certificate is given for this specific teat.

The teat carries a stated maximum temperature of 180°C and the care instructions publish a concrete replacement interval of every 2-3 months for sanitation, alongside visible-damage inspection guidance before each use.

We queried the complete CPSC recall database, controlled against comparable product classes, and found no record filed against this brand at any date. A separate, uncorroborated third-party claim of a 2019 recall over detachable spouts is not confirmed by the regulator and concerns a different component than this teat.

We found an ISO 9001 management-system certification claimed by the brand and a commitment to linking safety statements to peer-reviewed studies or internal lab reports, though no certificate numbers or registry entries are published for this nipple's own material.

The country of manufacture (Korea) is disclosed along with a consistent QA process across markets, and a concrete warranty is published: a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects with no-questions-asked replacement for leaks or degradation.
