Hegen PPSU All-Star Collection (0 to 6 months)

The bottle body is named PPSU plastic, ranking above plain PP for durability, but no resin grade or supplier (e.g. BASF/Solvay) is published anywhere we checked, so the premium-tier claim can't be confirmed to that level of specificity.

The feeding surfaces are made of PPSU, a named polymer disclosed as free from BPA, BPS, and phthalates - going beyond a bare BPA-free claim to name the specific bisphenol replacements excluded.

The bottles in this set carry a printed hegen logo and a printed ml and oz volume scale, and nothing is published on lead testing of that print, although the PPSU material, its temperature range and what the bottles are made without are all disclosed.

The PPSU withstands boiling and steam sterilization with a heat deflection point cited around 180°C, and cleaning guidance warns against high-heat dishwasher settings that can damage parts. No shedding or migration testing at use temperature is published.

The nipples in this set are soft silicone, but no silicone grade (food or medical), post-cure process, or nitrosamine or siloxane test result is published for them.

We queried the complete CPSC recall database (10,039 records, 1973-2026) for Hegen USA and found no recall record in any role. Control terms for comparable product classes confirmed the corpus covers this category, so the clean result reflects absence, not a failed search.

Third-party guidance identifies cloudiness, deep scratches, cracks and chips as the triggers to retire a PPSU bottle like this one, and nipples are flagged as wearing out and needing periodic replacement, but no concrete time interval is published by the brand.

The bottles are made of FDA-compliant, food-contact grade PPSU, a named polymer with a stated compliance basis. Third-party mentions of an SGS lab pass exist but give no certificate number or registry trail, so we treat the brand's named-material claim as the strongest verifiable basis here.

We found the bottle body material disclosed (PPSU) but no broader materials list, country of manufacture, or spare-parts/repair route published for this collection; warranty coverage details available are specific to the breast pump, not this bottle set.
