We just assembled and it looks great! I was suprised at how noisy the massage feature is, but pretty pleased with the look.

The Kiwi Deluxe Power Recliner and Swivel Glider is a nursery chair built for feeding, rocking, and soothing, combining a power recliner, swivel and glide motion, heated seat, and air pressure massage in one piece of seating. It reclines at the press of a button using an attached remote (stored in a side pocket) and includes a USB-A port for charging small devices like a phone. An adjustable headrest, inflatable lumbar support, and an under-chair nightlight with three brightness levels round out the comfort features for late-night feedings or naps.
The frame uses FSC-certified wood, and the seat foam is CertiPUR-US certified, made without PBDE or Tris flame retardants, heavy metals, formaldehyde, or regulated phthalates. The chair is GREENGUARD Gold certified after testing for over 10,000 chemical emissions and VOCs. Assembly takes a few simple steps and requires no tools.
IMPORTANT: The USB-A charging port is rated only for small devices such as a phone; using it for larger devices such as a tablet can damage the motor and disable both charging and reclining functions. The chair measures 38"L x 29"W x 41"H assembled, weighs 122 lbs, and supports up to 300 lbs.

I have had this about 4 months, it is comfortable. The massage setting is okay, but I dont think that specific feature was worth it. However, after only 4 months, the chair makes a horrible creaking noise when rocking in it, i can no longer use it to rock my baby because it wakes him up. I would except an almost $2000 chair to hold up longer than 4 months.

Pros - the power recline is pretty smooth and quiet, the heat is lovely and the night light with three levels is also great for middle of the night feedings and changes. My husband is 6’ 6’’ and fits pretty comfortably. The height of the arms is also great for nursing. Cons - the air massage isn’t anything to write home about and I’d expect a power headrest at this price point. I have a chair 1/3 of the price that has a power headrest. Lastly the charging port being in the connected remote is super annoying. In the other models it’s built into the chair and should be on this one too. Would I buy again, yes - but not the deluxe version as I don’t think the added price is worth it.
