Mompush Nova

The Nova page does not address foam composition or flame-retardant status at all; CertiPUR-US foam certification is mentioned only for a different Mompush stroller model, not this one.

Mompush states its strollers meet and often exceed CPSC and ASTM F833-15 requirements and claims independent JPMA certification, a named standard and named certification asserted for the finished product line that includes the Nova.

The seat and basket are made of polyester with organic cotton approved by OEKO-TEX standards and marketed as stain-resistant, but no explicit PFAS-free declaration or test method is published for this model's fabric.

Mompush asserts its strollers are independently certified by JPMA to meet ASTM F833-15 structural standards, a named certification for the finished product with no licence number published. This is unchecked but specific and falsifiable.

We queried the CPSC recall database directly and found no record of this brand at any date, with a control confirming strollers are covered in that corpus. A Health Canada recall exists for the Velo, a different model in the brand's line, handled proactively with no injuries reported.

The seat and basket fabric is polyester with organic cotton approved by OEKO-TEX standards, and materials are marketed as stain- and spill-resistant with no PFAS-free statement or test method given for this model's fabric.

The Nova page describes adjustable recline, locking front wheel castors and a one-hand fold, and reviewers confirm sturdiness and smooth gliding, but no method or test result for the brake, hinge or harness is given and one reviewer flags a too-small, non-adjustable buckle strap.

The frame is disclosed as anodized aluminum, the handlebar as leatherette with no animal by-products, and the seat/basket as polyester with organic cotton; a concrete 4-year limited warranty is published for strollers. Country of manufacture and a spare-parts route are not stated for this model.

The seat pad and removable polyester material are machine washable on a delicate cycle, but no airing or off-gassing guidance is provided, and no method or duration for recommended airing is available.
