Pull-Along Victor

Victor's listing claims the pull-along action develops balance, coordination and gross motor skill. These are specific skill claims tied to a real mechanism, but no test, observation, or named method backs them up anywhere.

Victor has a wheeled pull-along base with a cord, a genuine mechanism, but nothing is published anywhere about rounded edges, pinch-point testing, or small-parts clearance for this toy specifically.

The brand provides a generic safety-test assurance for this toy.

Victor is consistently graded 12 months and up, matching the stated age range for the wider Pull-Along family across third-party retail listings, with no conflicting age label found anywhere.

Victor is built with sturdy wooden wheels meant to last, anchored by one concrete material noun, but this is an unfalsifiable durability promise with no test or long-term use evidence attached.

We queried the complete CPSC recall database (10,058 records, 1973-2026) for Egmont and found nothing filed against the brand in any role. A control search confirms the registry does cover toys generally, so the clean result reflects Egmont's record rather than a gap in the search.

The only safety claim made for this toy is a generic assurance that it passes 'rigorous European and US Safety test.'

Victor's own page lists only cotton and polyester filling, with no wheel material, country of manufacture, or warranty terms disclosed; a sibling pull-along toy's page names solid beech for the wheels, but Victor's page does not repeat that detail.
