Cubrecolchón Relief Wave

This pad is the bassinet's mattress, sold separately from the frame: the foam core is stated at 1.9 to 2.3 inches depending on model with dimensions per model, but no firmness or flatness result is published and no instruction limits use to a single thin protector over it. One independent tester found the surface stable with no low points yet easy to compress.

This product names exact compatible models (babybay Original vs. Maxi/Maxi Tall) with distinct dimensions for each, explicitly states it does not fit pre-2020 babybay models or non-babybay bedside sleepers, and independent testing confirmed a snug fit against the bassinet slats.

The pad meets all US ASTM and CPSC safety standards and has no flame retardants, but does not name the specific federal 16 CFR part or publish a Children's Product Certificate for this aftermarket mattress pad.

We queried the CPSC recall registry across its full 1973-2026 corpus and found one record: a 2018 strangulation-hazard recall of Babynest crib bumpers, a different accessory than this mattress pad. Babybay proactively contacted purchasers, and no injuries were reported.

The allergy protection cover carries a named OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certificate for freedom from harmful substances, though the fiber blend is polyester/cotton rather than a natural-fiber-only material and no explicit PVC- or PFAS-free statement is made for the cover itself.

This mattress pad's cover carries a named OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certificate number (12.0.03346) for being free of harmful substances, asserted directly for the finished product, though no registry lookup was performed to confirm it independently.

The foam core is manufactured without CFCs and without flame retardants, but no GREENGUARD, CertiPUR-US, or other emissions certificate is named for this specific mattress pad, leaving the VOC claim unverified by any named standard.

This mattress pad is a foam-and-textile sleep surface accessory with no casters, mounts, or load-bearing frame parts, and nothing is published about load rating or stability for it because none applies to this item.

The pad's fiber blend (61% polyester, 39% cotton) and foam type are disclosed, but country of manufacture, warranty terms, and a spare-parts or repair route for this accessory are not published anywhere we found.

The mattress pad zips onto the sleep surface itself and has no cords, straps, or hanging elements, and nothing is published about reach, cord length, or hanging weight limits because the pad does not hang or dangle above the bassinet.

The pad discloses its two components clearly: a polyurethane foam core and a 61% polyester/39% cotton cover, but adhesives, foam grade, and any fire-barrier material are not addressed, stopping short of full layer-by-layer depth.
