Kit de conversión para cuna Midi Rolli All-Stages®

Babyletto names New Zealand pine as its crib wood and discloses that where MDF is used it is CARB II compliant, but this is a brand-wide claim about the Rolli crib line rather than a material spec published for this specific conversion-kit part.

Its furniture finishes test undetectable for formaldehyde and are lead- and phthalate-safe, and a third party separately describes a water-based finish, but this is again a brand-wide claim rather than one made specifically for the conversion kit's hardware and rails.

The brand names the applicable ASTM and CFR crib standards and references third-party CPSC-certified lab testing for its cribs generally, but this specific conversion-kit listing does not itself state a compliance standard or publish a CPC for the kit.

The one CPSC recall on file for this brand covers the Kiwi Electronic Recliner glider (a USB port overheating issue), a different product line entirely from this crib conversion kit. The brand handled it with a proactive registered repair-kit program. We found no recall touching cribs or crib conversion kits.

Babyletto names ASTM F1169 and 16 CFR 1219 as the standards its full-size cribs meet, with slats specified to withstand at least 135 lbs against an 80 lb minimum, though this is stated for the crib system generally rather than the conversion kit part itself.

The Rolli line is named as GREENGUARD Gold certified, tested for over 10,000 chemical emissions, and the brand's crib program is separately reported as JPMA certified to ASTM F1169 on comparable models. No certificate number is published, but the claims are specific and made for the finished product.

This kit carries GREENGUARD GOLD certification, tested for over 10,000 chemical emissions and VOCs on the finished Rolli product, and independent reviewers have separately verified GREENGUARD Gold testing on sibling Babyletto cribs using the same pine-and-finish system.

Babyletto states some of its cribs are FSC certified and names New Zealand as the sourcing region for its pine, but does not confirm FSC certification specifically for the Rolli line or this conversion kit, and no licence code is published.

An outlet obtained and published that Babyletto furniture is manufactured in Taiwan and China, information the brand does not state (it names Vietnam as country of origin for the kit itself). The brand publishes concrete 1-year manufacturing-defect warranty terms and a replacement-parts and repair program for nursery furniture.

Beyond the GREENGUARD Gold emissions claim, the kit's own listing gives no layer-by-layer materials breakdown - no named wood species, adhesive system, or finish chemistry for the conversion hardware itself, though the parent crib line discloses New Zealand pine and CARB II-compliant MDF.
