Parker Baby Co. names the construction precisely: a polyester core wrapped in cotton yarn, with a poly/cotton lining, and Target's own product data lists the outer material as cotton. Fibre percentages for the core, wrap and lining are not published.

Parker Baby Co. publishes no lead-free, heavy-metal or Prop 65 statement for this rope caddy or its dyes, and no metals testing. Its only chemistry statement is that its products are made without formaldehyde, phthalates, BPA or added flame retardants.

The caddy's materials are named layer by layer: polyester core, cotton yarn wrap and a poly/cotton lining. No fibre percentages are given, and the handles and stitching are not described separately.

The caddy is a cotton-rope-wrapped textile item, and the brand's only chemical disclosure is a generic free-from list for formaldehyde, phthalates, BPA and flame retardants — fragrance, dye and lotion are never named separately for this product or its fabric.

We queried the complete CPSC recall database, covering 1973 to 2026, and found no recall filed against this brand in any role. The corpus's coverage of comparable product classes like diapers and strollers confirms the zero result reflects a clean record, not a gap in the search.

Finished products are third-party tested by CPSC-accepted labs and backed by Children's Product Certificates, but diaper bags are not children's products subject to CPSIA, so this claim does not actually apply to the caddy. No named standard, lab, or certificate number is given for this product.

Parker Baby Co. publishes concrete warranty terms, six months against defects in materials and workmanship with stated exclusions and a repair-first policy, but discloses manufacturing only as 'various countries', with the specific country available by email on request.

Parker Baby Co. describes a sturdy rope build that holds its shape for years and long, sturdy handles, and backs it with a 6-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, but publishes no load rating or durability testing.
