Taggy Ball with Rattle

A brand-wide CPSIA/UKCA compliance claim exists, but no rattle-specific 16 CFR 1510 size or breakage compliance trail is named. Wee Gallery is an identifiable, retail-distributed manufacturer, so this gap reflects normal non-publication rather than a compliance concern.

The rattle is sewn into a soft patchwork cotton ball with an integrated internal rattle, but no test method, durability data, or reviews confirming the rattle stays sealed and joints hold up over months of use are available.

The fabric shell is 100% organic cotton and the internal fill is washable Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified polyester, made in a GOTS certified facility in India — a named material and named textile certification specific to this product, though no certificate number is published.

We found a brand-wide claim of CPSIA compliance and testing for phthalates, lead, and soluble metals, but no ASTM F963 standard or certificate specific to this rattle is named. Wee Gallery is an identifiable, retail-distributed manufacturer, so non-publication of a CPC is ordinary industry practice rather than a red flag.

Retailer copy frames this as a gentle infant toy without stating a specific age range or small-parts warning for the Nordic taggy ball itself, though a related Wee Gallery sensory product is labeled 0+. Neither a consistent age label nor a small-parts warning is published for this product.

We queried the CPSC recall registry directly and found two recalls on record: a 2024 phthalate violation on the Tummy Time Gallery and a 2021 choking-hazard recall of wooden tray puzzles — neither involving rattles. Both were voluntary, and no injuries were reported in either case.

The fill inside this taggy ball is named as Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified polyester, and the fabric shell is organic cotton made in a GOTS certified facility. No certificate number is published, and these claims sit alongside brand-wide CPSIA/UKCA assertions with no rattle-specific test detail.

The materials (organic cotton, Oeko-Tex polyester fill) and country of manufacture (made in a GOTS certified facility in India) are published for this product. No warranty terms or spare-parts/repair route are disclosed anywhere.
