Tiny Land® Wooden Food for Play Kitchen & Wooden Rack

The food pieces are sized for small hands and sold as a 31-43 piece accessory set with small parts flagged in Target's own compliance data; no pinch points or cords apply to this product, and reviews report no small broken pieces, but the brand's own safety description stays generic ('non-toxic coatings', 'safe even if chewed') rather than naming any mechanical test.

Tiny Land calls this set durable and built to last and names natural wood with water-based paint, but publishes no construction detail or testing behind the claim, and no independent source has assessed how this set holds up.

This pretend food is made of wood finished with non-toxic water-based paint, a real material and finish type, but no lead-paint test method, lab name or result is given for this specific set beyond the brand's general 'non-toxic coatings' assurance.

ASTM F963 is named as this set's safety certification, and Tiny Land states its products are tested by independent third-party laboratories to ASTM F963 and CPSIA, as its certification FAQ describes for a Children's Product Certificate. No CPC document is shown.

The brand recommends ages 3 and up for this set, but Target's own compliance data for the identical barcode carries a small-parts choking-hazard warning and lists a suggested age of 2 years and up, an inconsistency across sources with no method stated for either age call.

We queried the complete CPSC recall registry (10,053 records, 1973-2026) and found exactly one filing against this brand: a 2026 voluntary Fast Track recall of Tiny Land play tents for fiberglass pole fiber shedding, remedied with a free replacement kit. That recall covers tents, not this play kitchen and food set, and the brand cooperated proactively with CPSC rather than being forced.

This set is labeled with ASTM F963 and CE/UKCA as its safety certification, and Tiny Land states its products are tested by independent third-party laboratories to ASTM F963 and CPSIA. No certificate number is published for this set.

The country of manufacture and specific wood/finish supplier for this set are not published, though the brand discloses a warranty: a 90-day quality warranty is offered, while a separate FAQ cites a 30-day replacement-parts window, an inconsistency the brand has not resolved.
