The build quality is excellent — it feels sturdy but isn’t overly heavy, and the wheels handle different terrains really well. I love how spacious it is inside; my toddler fits comfortably with room for snacks and toys. The side pockets and rear basket offer a nice space for storage. I had high high hopes for this wagon but it way to bulky and way to heavy. I do love the fact that you can take the seats out and have like a play pen but it’s way to heavy for the price and if you don’t have a suv with a big truck it definitely won’t fit. I wish I would have never bought it and mine says no returns all sales are final that also really sucks. I feel if you buy something you should be able to return it. Especially when ordering directly from the website.

Bought the new Luxe pro in Jan and only used it a handful of times. It started pulling to the right. With my kids in it, it’s heavy and pulls hard enough that I spend all my energy trying to straighten it out. Absolutely horrible! I contacted customer services and they emailed me saying it’s not a defect and to slow down and distribute weight!!! What?!! It’s a $700 wagon! And I have the w2 so each kid in a seat. No trying to fix it, replace the wagon or suggestions. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not buy this wagon. The also asked for a video of the wagon empty and on a flat surface. After I sent her a video of the wagon in the middle of the street with my kids in it pulling like crazy to one side. the wagon is never used empty. It’s advertised as all terrain yet only goes in one direction with a mind of its own. Poorly made
