Kit de inicio para bebés con 6 biberones de vidrio

The glass and metal parts of this bottle line tested clean for lead, cadmium, arsenic and mercury by independent XRF, but the silicone used across the product line (the same material as the nipples in this set) is the subject of a lawsuit alleging measurable BPA despite a BPA-free label.

The silicone sleeve is presented as grip and breakage protection, stays on the bottle through washing, and is not sold separately. No attachment or retention figure is published for it, and no small-parts result covers the nipple and cap in this set. Nothing in the record describes the sleeve slipping or coming away from the bottle; the one negative account here is of leaking and air-seal trouble, which is a different failure.

The product enumerates every component with size and count: four 4oz bottles with stage 1 nipples, two 9oz bottles with stage 2 nipples, two flat caps, two sippy caps and two stage 3 nipples, plus overall set dimensions and per-part countries of origin.

We queried the complete CPSC recall database, 9,966 records back to 1973, and Lifefactory appears in none of them. A control search confirms the corpus covers comparable baby-product categories, so this is a genuine clean result, not a missed search.

The set mixes stage 1 nipples (0-3 months) on the 4oz bottles, stage 2 (3-6 months) on the 9oz bottles, and includes stage 3 nipples for later growth, all within one starter kit sold without a single overall age grade stated for the box as a whole.

Independent XRF testing confirmed the bottle components are free of lead, cadmium, arsenic and mercury, which is solid third-party verification. But a lawsuit alleges Lifefactory's teethers labeled BPA-free measured 238 nanograms of BPA in a single unit, contradicting a BPA-free claim tied to the same silicone material used across the line.

The country of manufacture is disclosed down to the component: glass and silicone nipples made in France, silicone sleeve in the USA, caps assembled in Hayward, CA and Jelenia Gora, Poland. A concrete one-year warranty term covers the glass bottles in this set, with stated exclusions for wear and misuse.

The bottles are stated to be tested to meet FDA standards, but no test method, lab name or per-component standard is named for the nipples, caps or sleeves that make up the rest of the set.

Exact quantities and sizes for every piece are stated — four 4oz and two 9oz bottles, two flat caps, two sippy caps, two stage 3 nipples — with no vague count language or undisclosed substitution language anywhere in the set description.
