Aguacate, col rizada, plátano y piña

Every batch of this pouch is tested for arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury by an ISO 17025-accredited lab (Light Labs, by ICP-MS/MS), and the certificate for each lot is published. The latest, lot 06/19/27 tested 2026-06-29, puts all four metals within the per-serving limits, with lead not detected, and mercury not detected too.

This pouch's food-contact surface — the pouch laminate and spout touching the puree — has no published material, polymer, or bisphenol-free disclosure anywhere in the brand's materials.

Independent press coverage confirms this blend is explicitly positioned for infants 6 months and up as part of Piko's puree line, matching the pack's stated stage. It's labeled and marketed as baby food, not formula, with no completeness claims.

No storage temperature guidance, freezing or heating instructions, or replacement/shelf-life schedule for the pouch is published beyond the basic product description.

We queried the full CPSC recall database (10,039 records, 1973-2026) for Piko Provisions and found nothing filed against this brand, in any role. A control search confirms the database does cover relevant product classes, so this is a genuine clean result.

Once opened, a pouch is to be refrigerated and eaten within 24 hours, a concrete storage instruction in the brand's own words; nothing is published on warming, serving from the pouch or discarding a pouch with a broken seal.

Piko Provisions holds the Hawaii Seal of Quality and Made in Hawaii with Aloha certifications.

We found that Piko Provisions operates its own manufacturing facility in Waipahu, Hawaii, but no materials list, country-of-origin statement for specific ingredients, or warranty/repair terms are published.

The pouch lists whole fruits and vegetables with no fillers or synthetic preservatives, but this specific product's ingredient origins are not named, and 'organic' claims elsewhere lack a stated certification scheme or scope.

No packaging material, laminate, spout polymer, or bisphenol/phthalate statement is published for this pouch anywhere in the brand's materials.
