Chupones BIBS Try-It Collection, Talla 1

The pacifier shield is disclosed as 100% food-safe polypropylene, free from BPA, PVC and phthalates, but the BPS/BPF-free claim we found is scoped only to the PP baby bottle, not the pacifier shield, so bisphenol-replacement disclosure for this product is incomplete.

Both silicone and natural rubber latex nipple options are named, and latex's natural fluctuation in appearance is disclosed, but no nitrosamine test values, siloxane data, or an explicit latex allergy warning accompany either material.

BIBS names EN 1400+A2 compliance for the finished pacifier on its own materials and additionally states testing against US 16 CFR 1511 and Canadian SOR/2016-184, with a third party independently restating the EN1400 conformity claim without adding verification of its own.

BIBS confirms every pacifier shield is designed with ventilation holes to reduce moisture buildup and allow airflow if the whole pacifier enters the mouth, and the shield is disclosed as unpainted, food-safe polypropylene rather than a decorated finish; a retailer independently restates the ventilation design.

BIBS publishes a concrete 4-6 week replacement cadence for pacifiers rather than implying indefinite life, and states plainly that latex pacifiers should not go in UV sterilizers and have not been tested across all electric steam sterilizer models, so it will not recommend that method.

We queried the CPSC recall registry directly across its full 1973-2026 corpus and found one BIBS-manufactured recall: a 2022 baby bottle recall for a burn hazard from a shrinking bumper, with no injuries reported. No pacifier recall exists for this brand.

BIBS publishes explicit size bands (1 and 2, matched to 0+ and 6+ months) alongside a 4-6 week replacement cadence, and names specific degradation signals to watch for — color changes, surface changes, brittleness, or stickiness — for the latex nipple.

BIBS names EN 1400+A2 compliance for its pacifiers on its own materials, and separately states its pacifiers undergo further testing under US 16 CFR 1511 and Canadian SOR/2016-184 — a named standard asserted for the finished product, with no certificate number published.

The country of manufacture (Denmark/EU) is published and a damaged-item remedy process is disclosed, but the pacifier materials disclosure stops at the PP shield, with no full materials list, warranty terms, or spare-parts route stated.
