Vaso de entrenamiento de silicona con pajita Bluey x Mushie

The cup, lid and straw are named as 100% food-grade silicone, free of BPA, BPS, PVC and phthalates - a specific, named-material claim rather than an unfalsifiable one, and it is not a bamboo or composite product so the melamine concern does not apply.

The Bluey and Bingo characters are printed onto silicone rather than a painted decal or glaze on stainless or ceramic, but no statement addresses whether the printed design itself is lead-free or food-safe on the surfaces a child's mouth reaches.

The cup, lid and straw are made from 100% food-grade silicone stated to be free of BPA, BPS, PVC and phthalates, going beyond a bare BPA-free claim, but no method or migration result supports the chemistry statement.

Care guidance is dishwasher-safe on the top rack with no microwave-convenience claim being made on this silicone item, so the classic plastic-microwave hazard this criterion targets is moot for this cup's construction.

The cup is dishwasher safe with no microwave-safety claim to work against, and one owner report suggests silicone feeding items from this brand hold up over years, but no explicit replacement interval or shedding/migration data is published for this item.

We queried the CPSC recall registry directly and found one filing against this brand: a 2022 voluntary recall of FRIGG silicone pacifiers for a nipple-detachment choking risk, with no injuries reported. That recall covers pacifiers, not tableware, and the brand's handling was proactive.

This cup is stated to be third-party tested to CPSIA, ASTM and Prop 65 standards, but no lab name or certificate number accompanies that claim, and no separate materials-standard document is cited beyond the assertion itself.

The materials are disclosed as food-grade silicone with a bisphenol/phthalate-free statement, but country of manufacture is not stated for this product and conflicts elsewhere for a sibling item, and no concrete warranty term or spare-parts route is published for this cup.
