A control check in the same corpus returned hundreds of records for comparable juvenile categories, so the clean result reflects the brand's absence rather than a query that missed.

ezpz asserts CPSC certification and FDA compliance for its silicone cups, and states products are tested annually by an independent third-party laboratory against applicable US and international requirements; this cup is third-party quality tested for BPA, BPS, PVC and phthalates. No certificate number, laboratory name or test report is published.

The materials are named — 100% food-grade silicone for cup, lid and straw — and replacement straws and straw cleaners are sold separately, so a lost or worn part does not retire the cup. The country of manufacture and the factory are not published, and a request for documentation of the straw's composition went unanswered.
