The straw cups are multi-part (lid, straw, cup) and reviewers report the lid popping off, especially when the cup is dropped or thrown, yet no small-parts or use-and-abuse test is named anywhere for this set, nor is an age grading tied to any such test.

The cup set is made of food-grade silicone with an explicit bisphenol-free scope naming BPA, BPF and BPS together with phthalates, going beyond a bare BPA-free claim to cover the structural replacement compounds the criterion flags.

The cups are one-piece pure silicone with no seams or liner to trap residue, and cleaning guidance is published naming the method (warm soapy water, avoiding oily or antibacterial soaps) along with a fix for the soapy-taste issue that can arise; reviewers report the set washing up easily with no odour complaints.

The set enumerates exactly which stage each cup fits: the 2oz Tiny Cup at 4 months+, the 4oz Mini Cup + Straw at 9 months+, and the 8oz Happy Cup + Straw at 2 years+, naming volumes and ages rather than using vague fit language.

The cups are dishwasher-safe with a non-porous surface that inhibits bacterial growth, but no replacement-interval guidance or shedding/migration testing at use temperature is published for this cup set.

We queried the CPSC recall database across its full corpus (1973-2026) and found no record involving this brand in any role, at any date. Control terms confirm the corpus covers comparable children's product classes, so the clean result is meaningful.

The cups are named as food-safe silicone that is third-party quality tested, FDA approved and CPSC certified, a specific claim asserted for the finished product even though no certificate number is published. The claim is repeated consistently across the brand's own pages and a retailer's product Q&A.

The cups state a capacity (2oz, 4oz, 8oz) and dishwasher-safe care, but no seal-type description, no rated temperature range, no graduation-accuracy statement, and no expressed-milk storage-duration guidance are published for this drinking set.

The cup set's material is disclosed as 100% food-grade silicone, BPA/BPS/PVC/phthalate-free, but no country of manufacture, supplier, or warranty term is published for this item, and no test method or result backs the compliance claim beyond assertion.
