English Garden Changing Pad

The fabric and terry towel are named as 100% Peruvian Pima cotton, but no GOTS or OEKO-TEX certification is claimed anywhere for this pad or the brand's textiles; only CPSIA compliance and a Certificate of Origin are cited.

The compliance claims made for this brand's children's products cite CPSIA, a textile and lead-safety law, not 16 CFR 1235 or ASTM F2388 which govern changing pads specifically; no changing-product-specific standard, CPC, or lab report is named anywhere.

The pad has a padded internal mattress, but no fill material is named anywhere - no cotton, polyester fiberfill, or polyurethane foam is specified, and no flame-retardant or VOC status is addressed.

No fragrance-free, dye-free or lotion-free statement appears anywhere in the care or product copy for this changing pad; the print on the cotton fabric and terry towel are not addressed for dye or finish chemistry.

We queried the CPSC recall database across its full 1973-2026 corpus, confirmed the search method catches comparable product classes, and found no recall record for this brand in any role.

Its products comply with CPSIA and are tested in CPSC-accepted labs, but names no certificate number, no specific lab, and no test method or result for this changing pad.

The pad's cover and terry towel are named as Peruvian Pima cotton, but the padded internal mattress fill material is never specified, and no layer-by-layer breakdown is published.

No named dermatological institute, hypoallergenic certification, or skin-contact test is cited for this pad; the brand's own FAQ about sensitive skin explicitly says it is not a medical claim and to consult a pediatrician.

The country of manufacture (Peru) and an export certificate of origin are disclosed, but no warranty terms and no spare-parts or repair route are published for this changing pad.
