Nella Changing Pad

The shell and terry cover are named as 100% Peruvian Pima cotton, but no GOTS or OEKO-TEX certification is claimed anywhere for the fabric; only CPSIA compliance and a Certificate of Origin are cited, neither of which is a textile chemical safety certification.

This changing pad is a flat padded mat with no mention of containment barriers or a restraint system, and the brand's compliance claims cite only CPSIA apparel testing, never 16 CFR 1235 or ASTM F2388 which governs changing products.

The inner mattress is described only as 'padded' with no fill material named anywhere — no cotton fiberfill, no polyurethane foam disclosure, and no certification such as CertiPUR-US or GREENGUARD for the finished pad.

Nothing in the product description or brand materials addresses fragrance, dye or scented finishes on the cotton shell or terry cover of this changing pad; the copy covers only fiber type and construction.

We queried the complete CPSC recall database (10,027 records, 1973-2026) for Nellapima and found no recall in any role, at any date. A control search confirms the registry actively covers diapers, cribs, strollers and other child products, so this is a clean, verified history.

Its products comply with CPSIA and are tested in CPSC-accepted labs, but names no certificate number, no specific lab, and no test method or result for this changing pad.

The pad is 100% Peruvian Pima cotton woven fabric with a padded inner mattress and a removable cotton terry towel, but the padding material inside the mattress itself is never named layer by layer.

No dermatologist testing, named institute, or hypoallergenic rating is published for this changing pad; the only skin-related language anywhere on the brand's pages is a generic softness claim for garments with an explicit non-medical disclaimer.

The country of manufacture (Peru) and an export Certificate of Origin are disclosed, but no warranty terms and no spare-parts or repair route are published for this changing pad.
