Hegen PPSU Drinking Bottle - 24 Months Plus - 330ml/11oz - Grey

Our own published care guidance states the PPSU bottle withstands -20°C to 180°C and gives a defined temperature ceiling for sterilising PP and silicone parts (110°C), plus four approved sterilisation methods (boiling, steam, UV, tablet). No microwave-safe claim is made on this plastic bottle.

The drinking bottle is built around PPSU, a named clean polymer for this category, with the brand stating it is naturally BPA-, BPS- and phthalate-free. This is a specific, named-material claim scoped to the finished product.

The bottle is made of PPSU, stated as naturally free from BPA, BPS, and phthalates - going beyond a bare BPA-free claim to name the specific structural replacements. No migration testing, method, or lab result is published to support the claim.

Hegen's own care guidance warns against high-heat dishwasher settings that could damage bottle components, but we found no published replacement schedule, no shedding/migration data at use temperature, and no sterilization-cycle durability claims specific to this drinking bottle.

We queried the complete CPSC recall database (10,039 records, 1973-2026) for Hegen USA and found no recall in any role. A control search confirmed the corpus covers comparable product classes like strollers and pacifiers, so the clean result reflects the brand's actual absence from the registry.

The bottle's PPSU is stated as FDA-compliant food-contact material, naturally free of BPA, BPS and phthalates. This is a named standard and named material claim for the finished product, though no certificate number or registry entry is published.

The material (PPSU) and its bisphenol/phthalate-free status are disclosed, but country of manufacture, supplier, and concrete warranty terms specific to this drinking bottle are not published anywhere we found.
