Funda multiusos, salvia

This stretch cover is sold to go over an occupied infant car seat and marketed as breathable and never too hot, but no weave or fabric weight is published and no warning anywhere tells parents never to leave a covered baby unattended or to avoid using it in heat.

This stretch-fabric cover carries no named standard, certificate, or test result specific to it — only a brand-wide statement that products subject to children's safety rules are third-party tested. No compliance trail is published for this item specifically, and nothing adjacent fills the gap.

No OEKO-TEX or GOTS certification is claimed for this cover, and Target's own product data names no textile certification for it. Parker Baby Co. states only that its products are made without formaldehyde, phthalates, BPA or added flame retardants.

The cover is listed at 13" x 26.5" and marketed to fit 'any standard' car seat, grocery cart and high chair, but no stretch range, per-seat fit specification, or statement that it is not a restraint or supervision substitute is published.

Its products are made without formaldehyde, phthalates, BPA, or added flame retardants, but does not name BPS, BPF, PFAS, azo dyes, or heavy metals, and gives no test method or result for the Rayon/Spandex fabric used in this cover.

We queried the CPSC recall database covering over 10,000 records back to 1973 and found no recall filed against this brand in any role. The corpus demonstrably covers comparable product classes like strollers and pacifiers, confirming the clean result is meaningful.

Care instructions say machine wash with like items, line dry or tumble dry on low, and reviewers confirm the fabric resists fading after washing, but no wash temperature or data on shrinkage and weave wear across repeated hot washes is given.

Target's own product data for this cover lists it as meeting ASTM standards, backing Parker Baby Co.'s statement that products subject to children's safety rules are third-party tested by CPSC-accepted labs with Children's Product Certificates. Neither names the standard or a certificate number.

Parker Baby Co. publishes concrete warranty terms, six months against defects in materials and workmanship with stated exclusions and a repair-first policy, but discloses manufacturing only as 'various countries', with the specific country available by email on request.
