Newborn Air Bundle

Miamily's guidance for the HIPSTER Air and Infant Insert sets out airway rules: keep the chin off the chest, keep the mouth and nose unobstructed and the face free, use the insert facing in only, and do not carry forward-facing before 6 months or before strong head and neck control. No outside party has checked these positions.

We find no ASTM F2236 or F2907 compliance trail, lab report, or JPMA certification published for the HIPSTER Air or the bundle as sold; a third-party listing for a different MiaMily carrier references JPMA and ASTM F2236, but nothing ties that to this product.

MiaMily is listed among IHDI-certified hip-healthy carrier brands, but at the time of an independent review no infant insert existed for newborn hip positioning in the M-position, an exception the seal does not cover for the exact newborn stage this bundle targets.

No textile certification and no PFAS, azo-dye, formaldehyde or flame-retardant information is published for the HIPSTER Air fabric, its seat or the Infant Insert in this bundle.

We queried the CPSC recall database covering over 10,000 records back to 1973 and found no recall filed against this brand in any role. The corpus demonstrably covers carriers and related gear classes, so this is a clean, confirmed result.

An independent reviewer records a 40 lb upper weight limit for this carrier, and no load-testing method or result is published for the buckles, hardware or seat panel.

The HIPSTER Air carrier in this bundle is made with 100% recycled plastic, a concrete material claim, but no FR-free or PFAS-free declaration covers the fabric or inflatable seat, and no CertiPUR-US, GREENGUARD or OEKO-TEX chemistry certificate is published for this product.

No certification or named safety standard is published for the HIPSTER Air or the Infant Insert and pacifier clip in this bundle; the warnings and limits Miamily gives name no standard, certificate, lab or registry entry.

The carrier is designed and made (designed in Switzerland, assembled in China), includes a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, and offers a replacement-parts route for components like buckles through its contact form.
