Organic Flippy Friend

The toy is a soft flip-book style plush with no described rigid attachments at the face, and it is machine washable, but no age guidance for crib or sleep use is stated anywhere, and marketing does not address safe-sleep positioning at all.

One reviewer calls the toy 'well made' and another says it is 'sweet and well made,' with no mention of seam strength, washing, or chewing durability. Care instructions call for gentle machine wash, cold water, and air drying, but nothing describes how the toy holds up over repeated use.

This toy's shell is 50% linen and 50% organic cotton with organic cotton batting, no synthetic fill. A third party confirms Oeko-Tex polyester fill and organic cotton for a different Wee Gallery soft toy line, but that certification claim was never made for this specific all-natural-fiber lovey.

Its products broadly are tested for phthalates, lead and soluble metals and are CPSIA compliant and certified to US and UKCA standards, but this does not name ASTM F963 specifically for the lovey line, and no certificate is published for this item. Wee Gallery is an identifiable, retail-distributed manufacturer, so non-publication of a CPC is normal.

No age grading or small-parts warning is published on this product's own page, and we found no retailer listing or review discussing an age recommendation or small-parts labeling for this specific lovey.

We queried the complete CPSC recall corpus directly and found two voluntary recalls for this brand: a 2024 phthalates issue on a tummy-time panel and a 2021 choking-hazard recall on wooden puzzles. Neither covers this lovey line, both were voluntary with no injuries reported, and Health Canada confirms no incidents.

This lovey's own materials list names only linen and organic cotton, with no certification claimed for the finished toy. The brand's named GOTS certification applies to the factory that makes its cotton/linen products, not a per-product registry-resolvable certificate for this item.

The country of manufacture (India) and the fabric composition (50% linen, 50% organic cotton shell, organic cotton batting) are published for this toy, but no warranty terms or spare-parts/repair route are stated anywhere for this product.
