The mat is 100% food-grade silicone, named as free of BPA, BPF, BPS, PVC, lead, cadmium and phthalates, with annual third-party lab testing claimed against US and international requirements. No lab name, standard number, or emissions test result is published alongside this.

Reviewers of this mini mat confirm it survives repeated dishwasher washing without staining, warping, or fading, and all mat-based products are dishwasher, microwave and oven-safe. A separate, repeated complaint pattern about post-wash soapy odor and water spots appears across the sibling mat-based product line, addressed by an oven-baking remedy.

The mats are self-sealing and unable to be released by pulling on the plate, but multiple independent reviewers across the mat-based line report that a child can defeat the suction by peeling the mat's corners or edges, contradicting the unbreakable-suction impression given. No injury or safety pattern is reported, only a functional mismatch with the claim.

No published trail names ASTM F963 or a CPSIA Children's Product Certificate for this mat specifically; the brand instead points to a general third-party lab testing claim for CPSC and FDA compliance. As an identifiable, retail-distributed manufacturer, this non-publication is normal industry practice rather than a compliance gap.

The mat itself is listed at 9+ months, but the wider mat line shows inconsistent age grading across sources - 6+, 12+ and 24+ months are all cited for closely related mat products - with no small-parts warning called out for this item specifically.

We queried the CPSC recall database, a corpus of nearly 10,000 records spanning 1973-2026, and this brand appears nowhere in it, in any role. The control terms confirm the database covers relevant product classes, so the clean result is meaningful.

The silicone in this mat is named as food-grade and is third-party tested with FDA approval and CPSC certification, repeated consistently across the brand's own materials. No certificate number or registry entry is published, and outlets that mention this only restate the brand's own claim rather than checking it.

The silicone composition and excluded chemicals are disclosed, and a one-year warranty is referenced by a retailer, but the country of manufacture is never stated and no concrete defect-remedy process beyond an email address is published.
