Set de baño para verter y jugar

Nothing in this set is a sealed hollow squirter: each cup is open-topped with varied openings in the base so water flows straight through and drains, and owners report the bases screw off so every piece dries out completely. Care is warm water and mild soap, air dried fully before storing, and owners consistently describe the cups as easy to clean. mushie does not address mold directly, and does not state whether the pieces are dishwasher safe or fully dismantlable.

This set is third-party tested to meet CPSIA, ASTM and Prop 65 requirements, asserted for the finished four-piece set rather than for a single component — CPSIA third-party testing at an accepted lab is the mandatory US route for a children's product. The ASTM revision, the lab and the Children's Product Certificate itself are not published, which is ordinary for a retail-distributed brand since those certificates go to retailers.

The cups are food-grade PP plastic with silicone suction cups, free of BPA, BPS, PVC and phthalates, and the finished set is third-party tested against CPSIA, ASTM and Prop 65 limits, which cover lead and the eight restricted phthalates. No colour-leaching or peeling complaints appear anywhere in 21 owner reports. Migration and colourfastness results for the pigments in warm water are not published.

Each of the four cups carries a silicone suction cup moulded to the back, in food-grade PP, graded 10 months and up with third-party CPSIA and ASTM testing claimed for the finished set. Across 21 owner reports the suction holds well on smooth tub and tile walls and none describes a cracked cup, a broken handle or a part detaching in the tub; beyond that, durability is described only as high-quality and made to last. Use-and-abuse and small-parts results for the suction cups and the screw-off bases are not published.

The set is graded 10 months and up, and the same grading carries through to the retail listing, with each cup measuring 2.5 x 2.5 x 4.75 inches — well clear of small-parts size — and the whole set third-party tested to CPSIA and ASTM. Across 21 owner reports, including parents using it with babies as young as five months, none describes a piece coming loose into a child's mouth. The bottoms of the cups screw off for drying, and the size of those removable caps is not published.

We queried the full CPSC recall corpus — 9,944 records covering 1973 to August 2026 — and mushie appears once: a January 2022 recall of roughly 333,000 FRIGG silicone pacifiers, where a fine slit at the nipple base could let the nipple detach, a choking hazard. About 200 detachment reports were received, no injuries were reported, mushie announced it publicly through the regulator in both the US and Canada and paid full refunds or credit, and nothing has been filed against its bath or toy lines. Because the hazard class was choking and the recall is still under five years old it weighs here, and mushie publishes neither a standing safety and quality commitment nor any account of the production fix that followed.

The finished bath set is third-party tested to meet CPSIA, ASTM and California Proposition 65 requirements, and the materials behind that claim are named: food-grade PP plastic and silicone, free of BPA, BPS, PVC and phthalates. The testing laboratory, the ASTM standard number and any certificate or report reference are not published.

Materials are disclosed at component level — food-grade PP plastic and silicone suction cups, free of BPA, BPS, PVC and phthalates — alongside dimensions and care instructions. The factory and country of manufacture for this set are not published: a blanket statement that all products are made in London sits oddly against a team that designs in Houston and Sweden, and a warranty is referenced without its coverage ever being set out.
