Set de Lluvia - Toallitas de Rizo para Bebé (Paquete de 4)

The washcloth fabric is stated as 80% cotton, 20% polyester, and products are free from formaldehyde, phthalates, BPA, and flame retardants. No restricted-substance scope is stated per material, no PFAS statement covers the polyester or any finish, and no test method or result backs the claim.

No OEKO-TEX or GOTS certification is claimed for these washcloths, and Target's own product data for them lists no certifications, while the copy calls them chemical-free without naming any standard or test.

These washcloths are free from formaldehyde, phthalates, BPA, and flame retardants, which rules out a wrinkle-resistant finish and added flame retardants, but no statement addresses antimicrobial or water-repellent/PFAS finishes specifically, and no test result backs the claim.

The washcloth's fiber content, 80% cotton and 20% polyester, and Target's own product data independently confirms this blend plus a lightweight 300-450 GSM fabric weight and terry fabric name for this exact item. No wash-durability test or result accompanies it.

We queried the complete CPSC recall database, 10,047 records from 1973 to 2026, and found no recall filed against Parker Baby Co. in any role. A control check confirms the corpus covers comparable baby-product categories, so the clean result reflects the brand's actual record.

Products subject to children's safety requirements are third-party tested and backed by Children's Product Certificates, but names no lab, no certificate number, and no standard specific to this washcloth. The claim rests on assertion alone.

Parker Baby Co. publishes concrete warranty terms, six months against defects in materials and workmanship with stated exclusions and a repair-first policy, but discloses manufacturing only as 'various countries', with the specific country available by email on request.
