Barra orgánica de galleta de almendra para niños Skout

The individually wrapped bar's wrapper is the surface in contact with the food until it is eaten, and we found no disclosure of the wrapper's material composition or any food-contact migration testing for it.

Packs shipped to California carry a Proposition 65 warning for lead. Lead in Skout's bars is given as about 2.6 micrograms per bar, but the published figures do not agree in their units, and no cadmium, arsenic or mercury results are given.

0 g added sugar: the bar is sweetened only with organic dates, and this flavor is not one of the few that contain under 1 g of maple syrup or coconut sugar. The Nutrition Facts list 10 g total sugar.

Almonds are declared as the allergen on the ingredient panel, and the brand names the specific facility allergens it shares lines with - gluten, dairy, grain, soy, wheat and eggs - along with an allergen cleaning process between runs, rather than a blanket disclaimer.

The bar is shelf-stable with a stated 12-month shelf life from production, stored in a cool, dry place, but no storage temperature range, opened-pack window, or heat-exposure guidance for the wrapper is published.

The full six-ingredient list is published for this bar, and the organic claim is scoped to the finished product under a named certifier (Oregon Tilth, USDA NOP) rather than to a single ingredient.

No recall naming Skout Organic appears in the FDA food recall and enforcement database, which covers reports from June 2012 to October 2026, and the same search does return other snack-bar recalls, so this is a clean record rather than a missed search.

The bar carries named, finished-product certifications - USDA Organic through Oregon Tilth, Certified Vegan through Vegan.org, and Certified Gluten-Free through GFCO - each tied to this product line rather than a single ingredient, though no certificate number is published.

The full ingredient list and shelf life are published, but the country of ingredient origin, manufacturing facility location, and any product warranty terms beyond quality testing before shipment are not disclosed anywhere we found.

Suitable, under adult supervision, for children over one who eat solid foods; the bars are about 60-70% dates, which keeps them soft and easy to chew. This bar lists organic almonds without saying how finely they are ground.
