The Cozy Mittens

Colugo states its Cozy Collection fabrics, which include these mittens, are OEKO-TEX certified, but this claim appears only attached to the fabric line generally rather than asserted for this finished accessory, and no PFAS or water-repellent coating disclosure is given despite the product being marketed as water resistant.

The Cozy Mittens are hand warmers that attach to a stroller handle for the adult pushing it. Colugo names no standard or certificate for them, and Target's own item data lists 'No Certifications' and 'Adult Use Only'; JPMA and ASTM F833 are named only for Colugo's strollers and infant kits.

The mittens attach to the stroller handlebar with velcro and are stated to fit any stroller, including non-Colugo models. No rated load, slip-resistance test or hands-on mount-security assessment is published for this accessory.

We queried the CPSC recall database directly across its full corpus and found no record naming this brand in any role. A control search confirms the registry covers comparable product classes like strollers and carriers, so the clean result reflects an actual clean history.

The fabric is claimed OEKO-TEX certified for the Cozy Collection that includes this product, but the no-flame-retardant, no-waterproof-coating claim we found is stated specifically about Colugo strollers rather than about this cover.

Mittens clip onto the handlebar itself rather than hanging additional cargo weight from it, so a loaded-weight limit is less critical, but no tip-over caution or handlebar loading guidance is published anywhere for this or any Colugo accessory.

The fabric is claimed as OEKO-TEX certified for the Cozy Collection, which includes this product, but this credential appears only in a social post with no certificate number, and the brand's separate JPMA/ASTM certification trail is scoped to strollers, not this accessory.

The mittens are a simple fully-enclosed polyester/nylon pair with no listed toggles, pulls, or decorative hardware, but nothing is published addressing whether any small parts could detach within a seated child's reach.

It partners only with manufacturers who share its safety vision, without naming the country of manufacture, specific materials beyond organic cotton, or any warranty terms for this accessory.
