Tiny Land® GentleSnug Kids Sofa Chair

This is a lightweight 7 lb flip-open foam chair, not a tall storage unit subject to tip-over rules, and the brand publishes no stated load capacity or construction detail describing how the foam core holds up under a seated or reclining child.

No gear-specific structural standard applies to a playroom sofa chair, and the brand names only general toy-safety standards (ASTM F963, CPSIA) rather than any furniture-specific structural certification for this seating piece.

The chair's fabric is named only as polyester with no fiber-content detail, OEKO-TEX testing, or dye disclosure, and the foam has no named formulation or chemistry standard behind the 'non-toxic' description.

The chair's safety certificate is named as ASTM F963 and CPSIA, and the brand separately states its children's products are tested by accredited labs, though no certificate number is published for this item.

We queried the complete CPSC recall registry and found one Tiny Land recall, for children's play tents shedding fiberglass fibers — a different product line than this sofa chair. The brand publishes an ongoing safety-commitment statement following that recall.

The chair is described only as non-toxic, child-safe polyester and high-density foam, with no CertiPUR-US, GREENGUARD, or OEKO-TEX certification named and no flame-retardant-free or PFAS-free declaration for this product.

The chair is advertised as tested to ASTM F963 and CPSIA, standards the brand explains in detail elsewhere, though no certificate number or lab report is published for this specific chair.

Tiny Land publishes a 90-day warranty for quality issues with free replacement parts and names this product's main materials, but its country of manufacture and supplier are not published.

The chair's cover is shown as machine washable in product imagery and a 90-day warranty for quality issues is stated, but no fabric-care instructions, wash temperature, or replacement-part process specific to this chair are published.
