Voyageur Boot

The boot is named as 100% rubber with a polyester/cotton lining, so the sole polymer material is disclosed, but no PVC-free confirmation, tanning method (not applicable here) or certification covering the finished boot's chemistry is published.

The wide toe box and zero-drop heel are named for healthy foot development and a printable size guide with measurements is published, but no sole-flexibility claim or pre-walker/first-walker stage guidance accompanies the design.

The boot's polyester and cotton lining carries no GOTS or OEKO-TEX certification; the organic-cotton certificate we found on file is scoped to apparel fabric, not this boot's lining.

We queried the complete CPSC recall database (10,053 records, 1973-2026) and found nothing filed against this brand. A Health Canada flammability recall exists for Pehr's Kimono Romper sleepwear, remedied with no injuries reported, but it covers sleepwear, not footwear.

Beyond the APMA Seal of Acceptance, the boot carries a blanket claim of CPSIA/CPSC third-party testing with no lab name, report number or specific standard cited for footwear, and the organic-cotton certificate number on file covers cotton clothing, not shoes.

The boot is marketed as waterproof natural rubber rather than a PFAS-treated coating, which avoids the chemical finish this bar flags, but no PFAS-free or formaldehyde-free testing is published for the boot itself to confirm the claim.

Elastic side gores and a pull-on loop provide the retention design, and reviews are largely positive on ease of on/off, though one reviewer notes the boot comes off easily and the brand gives no tightness or fit-mark guidance.

We found no published country of manufacture, boot-specific materials breakdown beyond rubber/polyester/cotton lining, or warranty terms for the Voyageur Boot; the brand discloses only general supply-chain audit participation (SEDEX/SMETA) without footwear specifics.

The boot has no snaps, buttons or applied print, but it is dyed (Maritime colourway) and we found no azo-dye-free or chemical-dye disclosure specific to the footwear line, only AZO-free claims made about Pehr's clothing and nursery textiles.

Care instructions are limited to wiping with a clean, dry cloth, with no machine-wash tolerance claim; reviews describe the boots as durable and well made across repeated outdoor wear with no reports of sole separation.
