The X5 is an all-terrain jogging stroller built for outdoor trails, uneven city streets, and everyday errands alike. It uses a 360-degree rotating SmartHub seat with modular seating that swaps with a single click, and it is SmartHub compatible with the Orbit Baby Infant & Toddler Car Seat, Bassinet, and M+ Stroller Seat. It can be used from birth with the included dual-sided memory foam insert in full recline, and it supports a child up to 40 inches tall and up to 50 lbs, with jogging generally recommended from around 8 months once a child has sufficient head and neck control.
The frame is a custom, aerospace-grade anodized aluminum built for strength relative to its weight, paired with 12-inch front and 16-inch rear airless tires, each riding on its own independent suspension for a cushioned ride over rough terrain. Perforated wheel rims keep small fingers clear of the spokes, and the front wheel locks for straight-line stability while jogging or unlocks for tighter turns. The seat fabric is made with mélange textiles and is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, tested for harmful substances. The stroller meets ASTM F2050 and F833 safety standards, is Prop 65 and CPSIA compliant, and the included G5 Stroller Seat meets California's AB1108 material standards. It folds into a compact 3D fold, with the front wheel tucking between the rear pair, and is backed by a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
The package includes the X5 stroller frame, a cupholder and cargo basket, a stroller seat footrest, the G5 stroller seat, a detachable support bar and snack tray, a memory foam infant insert, a UPF 50+ water-repellent sunshade, and shoulder pads. The handlebar adjusts from 27 to 44 inches to suit different heights, and the seat includes a 5-point harness with a removable support bar.

Una mirada más de cerca
360° Convenience
From Day One
Full recline, and a seat that turns to face you from the very first ride. To face the world, swivel the seat around without taking them out. An adjustable harness and extendable footrest keep a comfortable fit up to 50 pounds.
Miles Without the Jolt
Trail Ready
A fully independent suspension system lets each wheel respond individually, and a long wheelbase keeps the frame steady at speed. Rough ground stays under the tires, out of the seat and out of your hands.
Your Daily Driver
Beyond the Run
Grocery run, daycare drop-off, the walk around the block. Unlock the front wheel and it turns tight through a store aisle, then lock it straight when you want the stability to run. One stroller for the days you run, and for every other day of the week.
Built for Everyday
All-Terrain Tires
Treaded for loose ground and airless, with a tuned suspension unit behind each wheel. Perforated rims keep small fingers clear of the spokes.
Adjustable Handlebar
Up to 17 inches of height adjustment on an ergonomic handlebar, so the same stroller keeps a comfortable stride for whoever is pushing.
Reversible Infant Insert
Choose between plush fleece and airy mesh, over memory foam that sizes down the seat for an infant-ready fit. Above it, a full-coverage sunshade rated UPF 50+ and water repellent.
Compact 3D Fold
The seat lifts off and an intuitive folding mechanism folds the frame flat. The front wheel tucks in between the rear pair to create a footprint that fits in small trunks.
Caddy and Cargo
The included caddy features a cupholder and a touch-friendly phone sleeve to help protect your device from the elements, while the integrated cargo basket keeps parenting essentials close at hand.
Reflective Detailing
Reflective logos and rim accents enhance visibility after dark, helping to keep you and your little one seen on evening outings.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the stroller convert to a double?
The X5 Stroller does not convert to a double and is not compatible with Orbit Baby's Helix+ attachment or Sidekick Skateboard.
At what age can you start jogging with an infant?
As each child's development is different, you should always consult with your pediatrician before using a stroller for jogging with your baby. Subject to your pediatrician's advice, for jogging use, it is generally recommended that your child should be at least 8 months old. In addition, only use an Orbit Baby seat that is rated for your child's age, weight, and height.
