I was nervous to purchase online without being able to sit on it in person but I am pleasantly surprised! Not only did it ship quickly, it arrived in perfect condition. Easy to assemble and very comfortable. My only drawback is how my feet struggle to comfortably rest on the ground but I am 5’2 so I’m sure this isn’t an issue for most. But if you are shorter you’ll want a stool or ottoman to rock. The manual recliner is nice and easy to use. Overall a great chair that is very comfy at a nice price point! Excited to use with my newborn!

The quality control must be non-existent with this company. Ever since I got this chair last year it's been noisy, it shakes during rocking, the recliner barely functional and you can see horrible stitch patterns along with missing screws, screws put in sideways, and nuts placed between screws like washers. For a product that was purchased brand new this looks like it was hacked together using old parts. I would never consider purchasing another product from this company.
