Broche de silicona para chupete | Luna

mushie publishes no strap length for this clip. Its only measurement, 1.1 x 0.75 x 9 inches, is a three-axis package bounding box rather than a cord measurement, so it cannot establish the taut length that CPSC staff guidance (7-8 inches total) and EN 12586 (220 mm excluding the clip) are written against. Nothing evidences an over-length cord: there is no measured figure, no complaint pattern and no contradicted claim. On a product whose only safety specification is its length, that number should be published and is not.

The beads and clasp are food-grade silicone stated free of BPA, BPS, PVC and phthalates, which covers the bisphenol-replacement gap the criterion flags, but no migration test method or result is given for this finished clip.

This is a beaded silicone (and wood-bead variant) clip, the exact construction this criterion flags as the common failure point, and third-party testing to CPSIA and ASTM standards is documented generally but names no pull-test or retention method specific to the beads.

Care guidance says to hand wash this clip and never place it in a sterilizer or submerge it for long periods, but no replacement interval, sterilization-cycle durability data, or shedding/migration testing at use temperature is published anywhere for this product.

We queried the CPSC recall registry directly (9,969 records, 1973-2026) and found one filed recall for this brand: a 2022 choking-hazard recall of FRIGG silicone pacifiers, a different product line than this clip. It was handled with a public CPSC filing and no injuries reported.

The beads and clasp are named as 100% food-grade silicone, and one variant's beads are named as wood; the silicone is disclosed as free of BPA, BPS, PVC and phthalates, but the wood finish and cord fiber are not further specified.

This clip is third-party tested to meet CPSIA, ASTM, and Prop 65 standards, naming specific standards for the finished product rather than a generic safety claim. No certificate number is published, which keeps this from resolving externally.

The clip's materials are named (100% food-grade silicone, wood variant beads) but country of manufacture and any warranty or repair terms specific to this item are not published; general brand copy elsewhere claims UK manufacturing for the wider catalog, which conflicts with the Houston/Sweden design claim.

The clip has a silicone (or metal, in one variant) clasp that secures to clothing, and reviewers describe it as holding firmly without slipping off, but the brand names no enclosed or pinch-free design feature.

Nowhere do we find a remove-before-sleep warning, a do-not-lengthen instruction, or any strangulation caution for this pacifier clip; lifestyle imagery shows the clip attached while a baby is being held, but no warning text accompanies it.
