Cómoda cambiador compacta Sprout de 3 cajones con bandeja extraíble (42")

The dresser is GREENGUARD GOLD certified, tested for over 10,000 chemical emissions and VOCs. Any MDF used is CARB II compliant, and has undetectable formaldehyde across its furniture, with paints testing below 10 ppm lead.

The dresser is stated to exceed CPSC's ASTM F2057-23 standard, with drawer extensions constructed in accordance with the regulation, and the brand names the specific dual-weight and simulated-load test parameters it applies.

An anti-tip kit ships in the box for additional security, and installing it is recommended for stability. A comparable Babyletto changer dresser has been independently confirmed to include drawer stop mechanisms and an anti-tip kit in the carton.

We checked the CPSC recall register and found one open Babyletto recall, for the Kiwi Electronic Recliner/Glider's USB port — a different product line entirely from this dresser. No recall has ever touched the Sprout dresser or the dresser line, and the brand runs an ongoing third-party quarterly retest program on its furniture.

The dresser's own page names GREENGUARD Gold certification for the finished product, and a retailer's compliance listing for a sibling Babyletto 3-drawer dresser carries the same certification, corroborating that the program is real.

This dresser can be converted to a changing station with an optional removable tray sold separately, with a stated 30 lb weight limit on that tray. Barrier height on the four sides and a restraint system for the tray are not specified.

The Sprout's own page states stop mechanisms keep drawers from fully withdrawing, on ball-bearing glides, but the corroborating independent teardown-style confirmation of stop mechanisms was for a sibling changer dresser model, not this one; reviewers here also report bent glides and detaching slides after roughly two years.

The country of manufacture, Taiwan, is stated, and a warranty of one year plus a spare-parts program (touch-up pens, hardware kits, wood components) are published. A reviewer who emailed the brand about specific finish compounds reports receiving actual documentation rather than boilerplate, confirming the disclosure practice independently.

The base and drawer fronts are sustainably sourced New Zealand pine, with TSCA-compliant engineered wood in the drawer frame, but adhesive composition, exact finish chemistry and hardware metals testing are not published anywhere.
