Request deletion of your data.

Birch lets you sign in using Facebook Login. When you do, Facebook shares a limited set of information with us (typically your name and email address) so we can create or match your Birch account. This page explains how to request that Birch delete the data associated with your account, including any data received via Facebook Login.

Removing the Birch app from your Facebook settings does not automatically delete your Birch account or the information we hold — you'll need to submit a request using one of the methods below.

To request deletion of your data, email us at privacy@birchstore.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please include:

• The email address or name associated with your Birch account (or the Facebook account you used to sign in).
• A brief note confirming you'd like your Birch account and associated personal data deleted.

If you have a Birch account, you can also request deletion directly from your account settings, or by contacting our support team at support@birchstore.com.

Once we verify your request, we will delete or de-identify the personal information tied to your account, including profile information, saved preferences, and any data received via Facebook Login. Some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or order-history purposes (for example, records of a completed purchase), consistent with our Privacy Policy.

We process data deletion requests within 30 days of verifying your identity. You'll receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
