Provenance is given too: cotton grown in India and the garment made there. There is no certificate number or independent fibre test behind the 100% figure.

Construction is set out element by element: flat brass snaps down the front, rivet snaps at the crotch, soft elastic at the waist and thighs, ruffle detailing sewn along the sides rather than glued-on appliqués, and a tagless neck with no cords or ties. Across 35 customer reviews the complaints are about fit and rigidity — snug sizing, no stretch, hard to pull over the head — with no reports of a snap, rivet or ruffle coming away. Snap-retention or small-parts pull testing is not published.

The dyes on this bodysuit are azo-free and GOTS-certified, and the exclusion is spelled out at the level of chemistry: no azo dyes that release carcinogenic amine compounds, and no toxic heavy metals in the garment. The same corpus returns hundreds of children's-product records (332 crib, 182 stroller, 1,470 toy), so the clean result reflects the brand's absence rather than a category the register does not cover.

GOTS certification is asserted for the finished garment itself — 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton, with GOTS-certified dyes, trims and snaps and sewing in GOTS-certified factories in India — and what that covers is spelled out: no toxic heavy metals, formaldehyde, aromatic solvents, functional nanoparticles or GMO fibre, and no PVC, nickel or chrome in trims. No licence or certificate number is printed alongside the claim.

The garment carries no easy-care, wrinkle-resistant or non-iron marketing — care is simply machine wash warm, tumble dry low, and shrinkage is managed by cutting the garment long rather than by any finish. Formaldehyde and aromatic solvents are declared absent, and no chemical flame retardants are used on the clothing. Water- and stain-repellent treatments are not addressed one way or the other, and no formaldehyde or PFAS results are published.

Care instructions are specific and consistent everywhere this garment appears — machine wash warm, tumble dry low — together with detailed guidance that the cotton is cut long because it shrinks on the first machine wash and dry, and that line drying preserves the pre-wash length. What is not there is any instruction to wash the garment before first wear.

Materials and origin are both published: 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton with GOTS-certified dyes and trims, cotton sourced and garments sewn in India. Independent write-ups of the brand carry the same India manufacturing. The individual mills and sewing facilities are not named.
