The tee closes with chest snaps and the harem pants use a soft elastic waistband with an adjustable drawstring plus elastic ankles; the set is tagless, with no appliqués and no neck cords or ties. Snap-retention or under-3 small-parts testing is not published, and across all thirteen reviews no detached snaps or seam failures appear, though one buyer notes the front snaps left indents during tummy time on a very small baby.

The dyes on this set are azo-free and GOTS-certified, and the commitment is falsifiable: no azo dyes that release carcinogenic amine compounds, and no toxic heavy metals in the garments. Controls in the same corpus (1,470 toy, 332 crib, 86 pacifier records) confirm children's product classes are covered, so the clean result reflects a genuinely clear track record rather than a gap in coverage.

GOTS certification is asserted for the finished garment itself — 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton, with GOTS-certified dyes, trims and snaps, sewn in GOTS-certified factories in India — and the specific consequences are spelled out: no formaldehyde, no toxic heavy metals, and no PVC, nickel or chrome in the trims. No licence or certificate number is published, so the certificate cannot be looked up in the issuing registry.

No chemical flame retardants are applied to the clothing, and under GOTS the garments contain no formaldehyde, aromatic solvents or functional nanoparticles; this set is sold as plain machine-wash muslin with no easy-care, wrinkle-free or non-iron marketing anywhere on it. Stain- and water-repellent treatments are never addressed in their own words, so the absence of a PFAS-type finish rests on the GOTS restrictions rather than an explicit declaration.

Care is published in specific terms — machine wash warm, tumble dry low — with the explanation that the cotton is cut long to allow for shrinkage in the first machine wash and dry, and that line drying retains the pre-wash length; a retailer carrying the brand gives the same shrinkage and drying guidance with no conflict. Buyers are never actually told to wash the set before first wear.
