Ebony Seoul Stroller Caddy

The caddy is marketed as having a water-resistant interior and exterior with easy-clean neoprene, but no PFAS-free or PVC-free statement accompanies that claim, and the metal hardware's composition is not disclosed.

Stroller accessories like this caddy are not governed by ASTM F833, and no JPMA certification, compliance label, or third-party structural testing is published for it or referenced anywhere in the brand's materials.

Two nylon stroller clips are included and fit a variety of strollers, but no rated load or frame-shape compatibility list is given. One review notes the straps could hold better, though most describe secure use across brands like Nuna and UPPAbaby.

We queried the CPSC recall database directly and Freshly Picked appears nowhere in it, across a corpus that verifiably covers strollers, diapers and related gear. That is a clean, reproducible result from a regulator source.

The caddy is water-resistant neoprene with metal hardware and zippers, but nothing states whether the fabric is PFAS-free or free of flame retardants, and no chemistry certification is named.

No maximum load or handlebar-tipping caution is stated for this caddy anywhere in its listing, and an independent tester specifically flags Freshly Picked's stroller clips as a tipping risk when the attached bag is heavily loaded.

No named safety standard, lab, or certification is published for this stroller caddy or for the brand's bags generally; the only certification-adjacent mention we found concerns baby shoes, a different product line.

The caddy uses silicone logo and zipper pulls rather than small dangling toggles, but there is no statement that hardware is secured against detaching, and no independent inspection or CPSIA small-parts testing is published for it.

Bags carry an 18-month warranty covering manufacturer defects like zippers, magnets, straps and peeling, with wear-and-tear excluded. Country of manufacture and a full materials breakdown for this caddy are not published.
