DYPER's baby wipes were bought off the shelf and analysed by an independent laboratory for 30 PFAS compounds using a standardised EPA method, and no PFAS was detected at or above the 2.3-nanogram-per-sample limit of detection. DYPER itself publishes no PFAS testing programme or result for the wipes.

This pack is sold as EWG Verified, the basesheet is FSC Certified, and DYPER states its diapers and wipes are USDA Certified BioPreferred and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 compliant — all asserted for the finished wipes, with no licence or certificate numbers published for any of them. The retailer certification data we found carries the EWG Verified mark on DYPER's 99%-water wipe rather than this 99.9% pack.

Every component is published: the solution is 99.9% purified water with grapefruit seed extract and sodium benzoate, and the basesheet is 100% plant-based FSC-certified fibre. For these wipes the claims are 'hypoallergenic', 'pH balanced' and 'designed for sensitive skin', with no institute, method or rating named, and no rash or irritation complaints appear among reviewers of this pack.

DYPER publishes the full ingredient list with the water percentage and the basesheet fibre source. Manufacturing is described only as China, Mexico and the US using globally sourced materials, with no factory or supplier named for this product, and the company did not respond when an independent product-testing organisation asked for more detail about its wipe materials.
