Felt Laundry Hamper

The felt is described only as 'high-quality' and free of formaldehyde, phthalates, BPA and flame retardants, with no dye, ink or finish named and no test method or lab result published for this item.

The hamper is soft, durable, flexible felt with reinforced side handles that hold shape when fully loaded, but no fabric weight, stitching detail, or durability testing is given. Customer reviews consistently describe it as sturdy and well-made, with no reports of handle or seam failure.

We found no emissions certification (GREENGUARD or equivalent) or off-gassing guidance published for this felt hamper, and nothing adjacent on VOCs for felt products generally.

We queried the complete CPSC recall database, covering 1973 to 2026, and found no record of Parker Baby Co. in any role. The search corpus demonstrably covers comparable product classes like diapers and cribs, confirming this is a genuine clean result.

Parker Baby Co. states that products subject to children's safety rules are third-party tested and backed by Children's Product Certificates, but no lab, standard or certificate number is tied to this hamper, and Target's own product data for it lists no certifications.

Parker Baby Co. publishes concrete warranty terms, six months against defects in materials and workmanship with stated exclusions and a repair-first policy, but discloses manufacturing only as 'various countries', with the specific country available by email on request.

The hamper is identified only as "polyester felt" with wash instructions; there is no disclosure of fiber blend percentages, dyes, adhesives, or any finish applied to the felt.
