Muslin Snap Jumpsuit

The fabric is 100% organic cotton muslin with its organic status named to GOTS — a natural fibre against the skin, no synthetic base layer — and the garment is designed in San Francisco and manufactured in China. The same fibre content and organic status appear consistently wherever this jumpsuit is sold. The cotton's country of origin and the spinning or weaving mill are not published.

The jumpsuit fastens with snaps at the shoulders and a snap leg opening — no neck cords or ties, and no detachable decorative appliqués. Snap-retention or small-parts test results, and any children's product certificate covering fastener attachment after use and abuse, are not published.

The dyes on this muslin are named to OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 and are low-impact and azo-free in compliance with GOTS requirements, and the base fabric is cotton rather than a synthetic, so disperse dyes are not in play. The same dye claim follows the jumpsuit wherever it is sold. No certificate number or dye test report is published.

GOTS is named directly for the cotton muslin this jumpsuit is made from — 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton — well beyond a loose "made with organic cotton" claim. We queried the full CPSC recall corpus — 9,944 records spanning June 1973 to August 2026 — and found one entry for Apple Park: a 2013 recall of children's loungewear for violating the federal flammability standard. Nothing has been filed in the thirteen years since, and nothing in the layette or romper category this garment belongs to.

This jumpsuit is made of 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton muslin, and its fabric dyes are named to OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100; the same two certifications follow the garment wherever it is sold. Neither a GOTS licence code nor an OEKO-TEX certificate number is published, and the OEKO-TEX claim attaches to the dyes rather than to the whole garment.

Nothing about this jumpsuit is sold as easy-care, wrinkle-free, non-iron, stain-resistant or water-repellent; care is a plain cold machine wash, tumble dry low, cool iron, no bleach and no dry cleaning, the cotton is processed to GOTS, and no flame-retardant materials are used. Missing is an explicit declaration that no wrinkle-resistant or water/stain-repellent finish is applied, and any formaldehyde or PFAS test result for the finished garment.

Care for this jumpsuit is machine wash cold on a delicate cycle, tumble dry low, cool iron, do not bleach and do not dry clean, and the shorter "machine wash, tumble dry low" instruction is repeated identically wherever the garment is sold, with no conflict between the two. The guidance stops short of telling buyers to wash the garment before first wear.

Apple Park designs in San Francisco and manufactures in China, and publishes the fibre content of this jumpsuit. Warranty terms, the sewing factory and the fabric mill are not published.

The whale pattern is a fabric dye named to OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 and low-impact and azo-free in line with GOTS requirements, so there is no thick raised plastisol print on this skin-contact garment. The metal composition of the shoulder and leg snaps is not published, and no lead, nickel or children's product certificate covering the hardware is available.
