Relief Wave Mattress Cover

This cover is described only by fabric blend, washability and an allergen-barrier claim; no thickness figure or statement that it keeps the sleep surface firm and flat is published, and there is no instruction against stacking it over another layer.

This cover fits only the US Original mattress pad and explicitly excludes Maxi, Maxi Tall and Pre-2020 models, with a model identification guide linked for buyers to confirm fit.

We found no published CPC, lab report, or named federal standard for this mattress cover, and no adjacent compliance material for it beyond the OEKO-TEX textile claim.

We queried the CPSC recall registry directly and found exactly one recall on record for this brand: crib bumper accessories recalled in 2018 for a strangulation hazard, with no injuries reported and the brand proactively contacting purchasers. That record covers a different accessory line than this mattress cover.

The cover names OEKO-TEX Class I certification and calls itself non-porous and breathable, but does not disclose what waterproofing polymer, if any, is used or state it is PVC- and PFAS-free.

This mattress cover is named as OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 Class I certified, a finished-product textile chemical certification specific to infant items, with no certificate number published.

The cover is described only as free from hazardous chemicals, with no VOC or emissions certificate named for the cover itself; the brand's off-gassing claims we found relate to the mattress core and frame, not this textile cover.

This fitted mattress cover carries no load-bearing or caster hardware, and nothing about load rating, locking or torque is published for it or expected of it.

The cover's fabric blend (61% polyester, 39% cotton) is disclosed, but country of manufacture and warranty terms specific to this item are not published anywhere in what we found.

This cover fits over the mattress and has no cords, straps or hanging parts; nothing about reach, mounting position or hanging weight limits is published for it.

The cover's fiber blend is given (61% polyester, 39% cotton), but the zipper, thread, and any waterproof or antimicrobial finish are not itemized separately.
