Key Features

Certifications

  • OEKO-TEX Certified

    Certified by OEKO-TEX (Standard 100)

OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certifies that every component of a textile item has been lab-tested and found free of harmful substances above set limits.

    What it checks

    • Testing of yarn, fabric, buttons, and other accessories against a list of over 1,000 regulated substances
    • Stricter chemical limits for products with more intensive skin contact, including a dedicated infant/toddler product class
    • Compliance with chemical regulations such as REACH, CPSIA, and the ECHA-SVHC candidate list
    • Annual review of substance limit values and one-year validity per certificate

What it does not cover It tests for chemical residues only and does not certify general product safety features like choking hazards, flammability, or mechanical construction.

This certification is held by the brand or manufacturer, not by Birch. We show it because the brand states it for this product. Summarised from the certifying body's own page.

  • FSC Certified

    Certified by Forest Stewardship Council

FSC certification traces wood and paper-based materials in a product back through the supply chain to forests managed under FSC's standards.

    What it checks

    • Chain of custody tracking of wood/fibre from certified forests through manufacturing
    • Forest management practices checked against FSC standards (100%, Recycled, or Mix sourcing labels)
    • Auditing of certificate holders and monitoring of forest management organizations
    • Traceability tools such as blockchain-based tracking of certified material

What it does not cover This label addresses forest sourcing and traceability of wood/paper materials; it does not test or certify the safety, chemical content, or performance of a finished product.

This certification is held by the brand or manufacturer, not by Birch. We show it because the brand states it for this product. Summarised from the certifying body's own page.

CURATEIQ

TrustScore breakdown

89 /100

We take what's most important for a product to determine the TrustScore. Here's our research:

Component & Mechanical Safety 85

The set includes 31-37 small furniture pieces and poseable dolls with wire-core limbs and soft cotton clothing for a 3+ age grade. No hinge, pinch-point or tip-stability detail is published, and no pinch or tip-over incidents appear in its reviews.

Construction Durability 92

Reviewers of this exact dollhouse repeatedly describe it as sturdy and well made, surviving years of toddler use and multiple siblings, with assembly generally straightforward in under an hour; some units have warped floor panels from a bad batch or water exposure.

Material & Finish Safety 84

Its wood and coatings are non-toxic and safe even if chewed, but no independent test method or result is cited for this specific dollhouse's finishes or furniture pieces.

Toy Safety Compliance 92

The dollhouse page names ASTM F963 and CE/EN71/UKCA safety certification for the finished product and states third-party lab testing to applicable US requirements including CPSIA, though no certificate number is shown.

Age Grading & Choking Safety 91

The dollhouse is consistently age-graded 3 years and up, with small, 4-inch poseable dolls matched to that age recommendation and no battery components.

Recall History 92

Tiny Land has one CPSC recall on record: recall #26-526 of June 4, 2026, covering about 7,500 Children's Play Tents (SKU TLTGTT003BG) whose fiberglass poles can shed fibers and irritate skin and eyes, remedied with a free repair kit of plastic replacement poles under a Fast Track recall. That recall does not cover this dollhouse and doll family, which belongs to a different product line.

Certification Credibility 92

The dollhouse is sold as Safety Certified to ASTM F963 and EN71, with separate FSC and OEKO-TEX certifications named for the finished product, though no certificate or licence numbers are published for verification.

Transparency & Support 84

Wood species (birch, pine, beech) and cotton doll clothing are named, but the country of manufacture and a spare-parts or repair route specific to this dollhouse are not published.

Reviewers often highlight the quality of the wooden furniture and decorative details, calling the set adorable and well crafted.
Several reviewers note that wooden dolls are not included with the dollhouse itself and had to be purchased separately.
Some customers report assembly difficulties, including warped floor panels or screws that did not fit the pre-drilled holes.
Many reviewers say the dollhouse is well suited for toddlers around ages 2 to 3, though some children outgrow interest within months.
Customers commonly describe the dollhouse as a good value given the quality and size compared to other dollhouses at similar or higher prices.

Sturdy and well used. This one has lasted with use from my 3 year old. Have had several little house of plastic break. This one has survived.

very well made- will be great fun!

My girl loves her new 'Chelsea house'. Her Chelsea Barbies and Disney princess dolls fit inside perfectly. It was a bit of a pain in the butt to assemble the house but totally worth it!

I’m a grandma who lives alone and wanted to have a dollhouse at my house for my three year-old granddaughter to play with. It wasn’t until I opened the box that I read that you need two adults to assemble it, and that a drill would be helpful. Well, I live alone and I don’t have a drill and I just couldn’t do it. I will have to wait until my son comes to help me and so for now it’s just sitting in the box. When I did try to put it together before I gave up, I noticed that none of the pieces were labeled as they were with other toys that I have assembled for my grandchildren from other companies. Maybe I missed it on the app, but I don’t remember reading anything or a heads up that you needed two adults and a drill to assemble it. I previously ordered a kitchen from this company for my granddaughter’s third birthday and had it shipped to their home. My daughter-in-law told me that it took her two hours to assemble. I’m sure that once it’s assembled, my granddaughter will love it, but I can’t do it alone.
