Tiny Land® Sweetwood Dollhouse & Wooden Dollhouse Dolls

The set includes 31-37 small furniture pieces and poseable dolls with wire-core limbs and soft cotton clothing for a 3+ age grade. No hinge, pinch-point or tip-stability detail is published, and no pinch or tip-over incidents appear in its reviews.

Reviewers of this exact dollhouse repeatedly describe it as sturdy and well made, surviving years of toddler use and multiple siblings, with assembly generally straightforward in under an hour; some units have warped floor panels from a bad batch or water exposure.

Its wood and coatings are non-toxic and safe even if chewed, but no independent test method or result is cited for this specific dollhouse's finishes or furniture pieces.

The dollhouse page names ASTM F963 and CE/EN71/UKCA safety certification for the finished product and states third-party lab testing to applicable US requirements including CPSIA, though no certificate number is shown.

The dollhouse is consistently age-graded 3 years and up, with small, 4-inch poseable dolls matched to that age recommendation and no battery components.

Tiny Land has one CPSC recall on record: recall #26-526 of June 4, 2026, covering about 7,500 Children's Play Tents (SKU TLTGTT003BG) whose fiberglass poles can shed fibers and irritate skin and eyes, remedied with a free repair kit of plastic replacement poles under a Fast Track recall. That recall does not cover this dollhouse and doll family, which belongs to a different product line.

The dollhouse is sold as Safety Certified to ASTM F963 and EN71, with separate FSC and OEKO-TEX certifications named for the finished product, though no certificate or licence numbers are published for verification.

Wood species (birch, pine, beech) and cotton doll clothing are named, but the country of manufacture and a spare-parts or repair route specific to this dollhouse are not published.
